Hi Ralph ..both the KT and JT are looking great ...Keep up the good work ..One thing I did notice about your base though ...You've got a building with the front wall that clearly shows that the wall continued further because of the brick damage( Looks like row houses to me )but a park fence built almost next to the building...This just doesn't work for me ...I'd either straighten up the corner of your building or remove the park fence and add debris instead ..
Just remeber this is only my opinion and looks really nice ,it just stuck out to me and thought I should mention it ...

I'd also add that there isn't enough debris spilling onto the sidewalk/street or front of the building. Seems a bit too "localized" on just the side there, IMHO. Other than that minor point it looks outstanding. Eager to see both finished!.
