Personally I would add a wash of darkish red and concentrate around the shadowy areas. Then I would go back and add a thin black/dark brown wash over the whole thing.
Couple of things to think about. The building has been under attach and dust and smoke have been around. Plus the buildings are usually pretty old and have accumulated thier share of grime.
I am a big fan of lots of layers of washes and shades so use your style and work with it.
The last photo of the rubble is lookin' really good.

I'm with slodder, it looks a bit clean for my taste. The world of war is dusty and grimey, and the buildings will have accumulated some age. Lots of little touches here and there, and you'll turn a realy good project into a great one.
