Man, this baby has sure taken a while to complete.
I'm calling this one 99% finished by now. Got the Ohio antenna mounted and tied it down to a lift ring with thin wire.
Seems like the tanker dudes are feeling quite at home, and I think they fit the vehicle well.
A small detail left to fix and that is to paint the leather pad inside the cupola hatch.
Here's some pics of the Sherman 99% complete with the tanker dudes...
So waddaya think?

Gday Per-Erik
i think it has turned out superbly mate! Great attention to detail throughout, and the figures present that somewhat sombre look of this stage of the war, and set off the vehicle well...
I give you a 93% (and an elephant stamp)

Friggen outstanding Dude.
Top notch job on it and great pics also.
A really nice job.
Everything came together like a dream.
I do like those little things on the antenna I might need to copy that idea and a good one is seems to be.
Now what is next may we ask?

@Patrick: Thanx! Glad I could inspire you to start your own Sherman. Go for it!
@Justin: Thank you very much!
@Brad: Thank you so much Brad, very much appreciated. Quite satisfied with the figures and their "cool" poses too. Thanx for the 93% and I also appreciate the elephant stamp.
@James: Thank you very much! Guess we'll have to se about the awards.
@Jeff: Thanx bud! Very much appreciated. No prob, just copy the antenna, in fact you'll just be copying the real thing. What's next...well per now I dunno, toying a little bit with a '55 Chevy Pick Up as a therapy project at the moment.
@Jon: Thank you!
@Rob: Thanx a lot!
@Anthony: Thank you very much. Glad you like my figure effort.
@Steve: Thank you!
@Chen: Thank you!
@Jim: Thanx a lot! Glad you like my weathering.
@Darren: Thank you so much! Glad you appreciate my figure effort, because I sure appreciated the kudos, thanx! Sure, I can do a feature if that's interesting, I'll drop you a PM for details.
@Trevor: Thank you very much.

Hey Per-Erik!
You just did a overwhelmingly great job Especially the weathering on the tank. Did the germans also have such antennas? Because I want to add one to my Jagdpanther
Usually I don't like figures on a model, but yours just fit right in, because like you said they feel comfortable in there. Just great work on them.
I'm looking forward to see more from you!

Erik, FANTASTIC build! the tank was good enough without the figures, but your skills in painting and choice of pose for those figures it is the icing on the cake. outstanding work!
