nope, no flash warpage its going together like a dream. if all 1/48 tanks had an interior id stick with this scale:D
i havejust primed the engine gearbox and fan, and im unsure what green to use, i have Tamiya JA green, but i think its to dark, im jst looking for a green shade i like i suppose:D

HeyJames, its the hobbyboss t-34/85 its only 9.87, postage bumpst up to 13 but itswell worth it, as a bonus, it arrived on a saturday, i ordered on friday

Hi Jimmy i'm currently working on two T-34's by hobbyboss both are T-34/85's and for the price of them i think they're way better than tamiya's offering the best part about them is the rear hull grating which the tamiya one hasn't got and another good thing is the full interior another omission from tamiya plus the best feature by far is that the lower hull isn't all metal like the tamiya kit
p.s. i'd have loved to see the pics of your t-34 but for some reason all i'm gettin is those dreaded red x's

Nice Interior! Keep us posted. I think the Hobby Boss kits are excellent. The tracks are the most difficult part but with patience and planning they work fine. You could always get Fruil model tracks or a cheap Tamiya off Ebay to use also. See the Gallery at Track48.com for some finished examples. Also, Jay Lafferty did an excellent T-34/85 here:

that green looks pritty accurate

I had a arcticle on what paints to use to mix the paint.
