I attached the tools. I am ready to clear coat, wash, weather, and drybrush. Please feel free to offer any suggestions. Also, what is the odd shaped plate between the exhaust stacks on the rear hull?

Hey Steve, nice to see a fellow North Carolinian! Your tiger's looking good so far. Did you apply the zimmerit yourself or is that a part of the kit...and who's kit is that? I've got Tamiya's Initial prod. tiger ready to get base painted, actually it's been like that for quite a while, but it was a Very nice kit.
I'm not positive but I believe that odd shaped gadget is part of the cold weather starting mechanism for the engine. I'm sure someone else will know more about it than I do.

Thanks, it's a Tamiya kit the zimmeritt is Testors contour putty. I spread it, let it sit and then used a piece of plastic stock to put the dents in it. The Testors putty was not easy at all to work with, next time I will use Milliput.
