Does anyone know if the commanders hatch cover folds back (like most hatch lids) with one pivot point, so the inside of the hatch shows when opened......or......does it rotate back on two pivot points so that the top still shows when opened and the inside is still unseen? I would like to put a commander standing out of the hatch so I need to open the hatch. I have only seen one image of the opened hatch and that was on a model, so I want to make sure I display this correctly. Thanks.

Cory, it rotates back on two pivot points, the top is still visible when it's opened, the inside unseen.

Yep, hatch stays horizontal. Here's a few pics found in cyberspace.
