Hello All!

Got around to priming (finally) a Tamiya FAMO that I had in the works some time ago.

While prming, I noticed that I have lost one outer roadwheel, part number A6.

Does anyone have a single A6 roadwheel that can you can spare? Or, better yet (as not to leave anyone short), does anybody know if I can get a single part from Tamiya (long shot, I know)?

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated. Would be willing to pay for the part, including any shipping to 00949 (Toa Baja, PR).

MANY thanks in advance,

Jorge

Had an idea...

Anyone seen or have a picture of a FAMO operating without an exterior roadwheel?

I can always scratchbuild the flange where the roadwheel is mounted to...

Best regards,

Jorge

I had some major issues with my Famo. It had some bad warping. I thought I could work around it and pressed on after getting ready to put the cab on the chassis I realized that it wasn't going to happen.
I contacted Tamiya and sent them pictures. They told me to give a complete list of all the parts that it would take to rebuild the cab. It the end I had everything besides the chassis, road wheels and tracks, free of charge.

I asked how much for the tracks (thinking I could use them on something else) and they tossed them in at no cost.

Where do you call Tamiya? I have the same issue, but instead bought another one to fix the other, but now I have an incomplete one.
