That's a really nice build. That small shot of the interior makes me want to see more of what you did inside.

WOW! That's a killer build,Jim. I thought about doing this on the cheap side by using some Alan kit engine/tranny and interior parts. As Russamoto said, the glimpse of the inside triggers a crave for more!
Thanks for sharing
Cheers!

Definitely a change of pace from the usual subject fare Jim, nice work and will second the call for more photos to peek inside the interior.

Jim, well done, it looks great! I've just finished (I think) my Italeri M13/40. I went for the "original" grey-green scheme, with a little "just arrived in Libya" dust.

I was thinking of writing a feature about it - more about the subject (with a bit of the build thrown in). Not sure if you've taken the wind from my sails now or whether it would be an interesting contrast! Maybe there could be a combined M13/40 splash??

Here is just a little bit of it.

Definitely the Italeri kit - separate handle on the side door is the giveway. I'd be interested to know more about the figure too.

I've been having a go at the revamped Tamiya kit, and in some ways it's better, as the Italeri track and sprocket teeth aren't quite chunky enough to replicate the original. And I really like the link and length track! Tamiya's new figures aren't bad for plastic, but their commander is the most woebegone person you could imagine
