Hi Neil,
another nice Challenger 1. I particularly love the fuel drums brackets. They give a special look to your model. The Blast figures are far better looking than the Tamiya one.
I guess the flash light is from AA too.

Hello olivier
I'm glad you like it
I was really pleased with the way the fuel drum brackets turned out it was my first proper attempt at scratch building. The blast figures are nice but i think they are a little bit over priced when hornet heads make just as good an impression. The flash light is the one from the kit i just painted it silver then gave it a couple of coats of tamiya X-26 clear orange.

Hi Neil,
This is excellent work and the model and finish look spot on. Nice tip on the warning light -- I'll have to remember that one!
Cheers,
Ian

The dull washed out effect on the paint looks fantastic. Hopefully I'll progress on mine and put some of your tips to use.

Very nice Neil, I like how your finish turned out. What colors did you use for the camo job? Dark Green and flat balck? I'm working on a Warrior MCV and am going to do a similar finish like yours, so was curious.
Thanks for sharing with us, great job with it. Cheers -

Mike cheers for the feedback...........
Hi john get that chally finished mate and post some pictures the more the better........
Hello tim
The colours were nothing special just tamiya dark green XF-61 & nato black XF-69.I think that the colours look a bit washed out because of the flat varnish that i used 'Revell aqua colour clear matt 02'.When the varnish dried it really made the paint look to light so i scrubbed in some pigments and left it at that.I tend to find that each model is a learning process for me and i still have a hell of a lot to learn.
heres a much better picture.
Thanks for your interest chaps.
