The doner kit is the M-49 A2 fuel tanker from AFV Club. the plumbering in the pump house is from the same kit. I used the frame and plumbing from this kit. The wheels are casted from the M-925 series truck kit by Italeri. I will modify the cab from the kit to the M-54 series and I will use the chassis and and running gear from the Italeri M-925 shelter truck kit.

I have to attmet I'm jelouse ,But thats for showing the tanker in the raw, now I have a idea for building on of my own! But for what its worth ,if you can get your hands on the wheels from AFV clubs long tom cannon and copy them you might be better off, they are a extact match for the 5-ton tires, the Italeri wheels are way off.

Thanks for the tip Mad Duck about the tires. I'll have to see if I can find some to cast.
Kencelot, I'm painting it OD green and marking it as a trailer from the 359 Trans Co. of the QNSC 27 Trans. in early 1970 -1971. The tractor will be modeled after a truck driven by A friend while he was stationed in that unit.

Looks great, I would like to see some close-up's of the pump cabinet. I liked the weathering to the floor.
