While we're at it how about the South African version of the AML 90, the Noddy Car? And ditto to the Ratels. Don't forget the Rooikat, Buffel and Casspir too!

Wow, I've never heard of the Eland referred to as the "Noddy car". That's funny.
:D

They way the vehicle rocked when the main gun was fired reminded the crew of the way Noddy rocked.

How about some Sea Bees models. For all that they did during the war, they seem to be completely overlooked. I, for one, would love to include them in a diorama.

Not sure if they used any armored cars(I know "off topic") but an armored bulldozer in plastic would be great!!

For me definitely the Humber and Daimler A/C, any version of them. And I wouldn't mind a new tool M3A1 scout car.

Cheers!

I don't know if they are considered Armored Cars or not, but I sure wish Tamiya would extend their HMMWV line. An M1114 and M1151 in all styrene would be nice.

A Cougar 4x4 or 6X6 MRAP would be nice too....would love to get the Cromwell one but it's a bit much for my wallet right now...

Brazilian "Cascabel" and "Urutu", and the Polish OT-64 would be my selections.

I'd like to see HobbyBoss range of Cadillac Gage vehicles extended a bit - the only versions covered by their kits that seem to have seen active service are the basic M706 and product improved M706.

It looks as though all of the other versions are the initial short-hull variants. Most of the actual sales of the up-armed versions seem to have been based on the V-150S. Actually, if doing the hull stretch was pretty straightforward, just a simple resin plug part might be enough. For example, three of the "LAV-150s of the World" on the Echelon sheet can't be built from existing kits - the Cockerill-armed variant has the stretch hull, which isn't in the HobbyBoss kit, while the Philippines version with the Berlin Brigade-style camo is also stretched, as well as having a completely different turret to any of the kitted versions.

Then there are the later versions - not sure how many of them sold, and to who, but there's the Dragoon family, and the LAV-300, and the LAV-600. I'm kinda assuming an M1200 will show up from Trumpeter eventually as a follow-on to the M1117.

Oh, and given that HobbyBoss seem to have based their choice of which versions to produce on the Hunnicutt book section on the V-100/150, why no Vulcan Commando?

Tamiya needs to redo the 1/48 M8 and M20.They don't have the SCR wireless sets in them

A new Saladin in 1/35 and 1/48 in plastic would rule.

These have already been suggested, but I'd most like to see a Cascavel, an Urutu, and a Saladin, in plastic, and in 1/35 scale. Also, maybe some of the modern French Panhard armored cars.

A remake of the old M3A1 White Scout Car. Dragon could probably do one fairly easily with some of the tooling they have on hand for the half track series.

The White Scout Car would be tremendous. And I have no doubt Dragon will soon produce one, since I just finished laboring over the old Italeri/Peerless/Revell M3A1, nearly wearing myself down but turning it into something decent. Typically, after I finish a struggle like that, the state-of-the-art producers release the same thing moments later.

I'd go along with one of them plus aml 90/aml 60 and maybe one of those based on a unimog believe its a ur416 as both the plo and selous scouts made similar copies.
