Pat
This is great news, when does it hit the streets?
I'll have to buy one just to rob the suspension for my Bushmaster anyway but I have always like the look of this vehicle.
Excellent addition.
Rick, I kinda like "TOK EYE" and "TIE DOKN" ;o)

Greatmodels and HLJ both have it listed for $29 USD with a September release date. They're taking preorders.

Really!? this company can turn out this great model but there isn't one person that can do the proof reading? I guess that's what the after market is for right.

This is funny, but probably not for the reason you were hoping for...

My interest in modern armor is pretty limited, but this one is definitely on the "to get" list.

An aggressive looking beastie --- would look equally at home roaming the post apocalyptic wastes in a "Mad Max"-type movie! I like it!

I pre-ordered at the LHS as soon as I had the Trumpeter stock number. Looks like we'll have to swap the gun barrels out for AM, and get some variety on vehicle markings as well. Other than then, it looks pretty comprehensive. Remember there is an MP campaign here at the site!!

Whoever gets this kit, can you do me a favour and measure the tire. Need overall diameter, width, and diameter for the rim. Milimeters is good, but I'll take imperial measurements too. Its for another projects that uses the same tread pattern.

Not bad looking. Still some issues with areas being out of scale or omitted or misshapen.
Good representation nonetheless.

Even if the interior is better than the HB V-100 interior, you just know that some AM will address the latest tweaks to the interior, and fine by me.

Wow kinda of a crappy build by who ever built it...only 2 of the 4 tires touch the ground.
Anyways If I can get one for around $30 bucks I'll pick it up. I have some photos I took of one at an Airshow from a year or two ago.

I took a look through my photos and I couldn't find the photos I took! Ugh...thankfully my friend took some also at the same time. I do see the M1117 all the time where I work at, but I don't have "offical" access to the motorpool where they are at.
Going back to the Trumpeter kit, its pretty good looking...the biggest issue I see with it (outside of the really bad spelling on the decals) is the rearview mirror look too wide and the mounting hardware is wrong, it should have a bar going down from where it stops at the top the mirror going down at a 45 or so degree angle to the hull and couple additional reinforcements. Nothing some Stryne tubing couldn't take care of!
