It would appear that the mystery of why my Dragon Valentine was such a pain to build, it is the progenitor of that Archer 'thing'.

Warren, the DragonŽs Valentine is a candy close to Archer !!!!

The kit of Archer is worse than hitting (with a big stick...) the mother on Christmas Day!

eheheheheheheheheheh

It would be fun on a KV base or a JS-2 base... it should be great.
I still have tons of things to get finished but I'd like to tackle something like that with some caipirinhas along...

A size comparative picture, with another rarity: a T-34 Destroyer, with the high-speed 57mm anti-tank gun.

This beast is big !!!!

I use (for weathering and dust) the new Brazilian pigments, from Easy Colors (fantastic)...

Very impressive model Marcos. If you can do so well with this iffy kit a good kit will be a definite masterpiece.

Can you post something about how you did your dirt effect?

And you will be happy to know that I checked my two other Alan kits and they seem fine regarding sink marks and short shots.. none at all! Maybe yours is a one off?

Again, very weel done Sir!

Warren, thanks....

Really, with this kit I won the lottery (in reverse ...)

eheheheheheheheheh

About the mud, to save expensive pigments, I use brown cement to finish tiles, diluted with a mixture of water + PVA glue with a bit of very fine sand mixed ....

Apply with a worn brush out and wait dry. After obtaining the volume and texture with this cheap mass , I apply the pigments.
In this case, the pigments used is Brazilian Easy-Colors Pigments.

Excellent!
