Four more photos showing the almost completed tanker painted but no markings and weathering. http://groups.msn.com/armorama/fueltankerproject.msnw?albumlist=2 I have added some photos of the M-54 converted cab.

Very nice animal. I love that OD shade, is it your own "recipe" or is a standard color? Would you mind to share it?

The paint is straight OD green from Model Masters. I have to wait for some more decal sheets from Micro-Mark to make the decals for the markings. I use the Archer Fine Tranfers on the clear decal sheet to make custom decals. I find that this works very well. Most of my models are copy's of actual vehicles that were used in Vietnam. I build them from photos supplied by the drivers of these vehicles. The decal trick works to get the accurate markings on each model.

I'm into aviation, but geez that's great work. I'm impressed. You armor guys are fantastic!
I'm not familiar with your work, so if I may ask is this your first conversion? It has been awhile since I've built anything on wheels or tracks. (DML T-72 and an Academy Humvee)
Always fascinating to me but it's too much to go off on armor I won't have time for either planes or tanks! Trust me I would get lost in them again!
