Received mine yesterday, great stuff for a good price!
I like the similarity in layout to the Leo 1 trilogy, great pics cover all aspects of this unique tank.
Also the chapter especially for us modelers at the end with a realistic judgement on how to build a proper danish Leo 2A5 with current kits and accessories available.
I just wonder what actually happened to that one Leo (rusting hull pic) which caused damaged beyond repair?
Another interesting modeling aspect arises due to the fact that the Danes still use their Leo 1 ARV for recovery.
A Leo 1 ARV with a Leo 2 engine on it‘s deck....or something like that?
Anyway great reference in many ways for all fans of the Leopard 2.
And fast service on behalf of Barbarossa Books.

The first tank with the 68.600 plate was damaged in an accident with another tank. The other Leopard was apparently not more damaged than it was reasonable to repair it.

There are two variants of the LEO 1ARV in service with the Danish Army. The original version and the upgraded version called "Wisent", upgraded by FFG in Flensburg, Germany.
