That looks like a really nice set. I wonder how much PE parts are involved.

It does look really tempting!. No doubt there will be some Am stuff coming into play soon after. The box art does look rather cool.

Another one for my stash no doubt, I hope Trumpy keep this up, there are so many variants of Piranha and Stryker out there!

Lovely to see this getting closer to production.
Don't know about how accurate and detailed it will be compared to RM's, but it's styrene price tag should appeal to a broader client base.
I wonder if any figures are in the works?

Not one to start with a few bad words. But, yes it is good to see this type of kit to get to the shelfs.Accuracy not so much, there are a few things that are out of scale from what I can see from the photos. From the sight covers to the radio anteena, to the Tac Nav anteena. I'll stop there. Research will have to be done for anyone going to build this one.Maybe with some work it will turn out all ok.
My 2 cents from a guy who helped co-author a book on the subject.
Cheers

December? Not on any pre-orders lists up to and including January. That tells me that it will either be a surprise release, or it won't be available in North America until at least February.

It's nice to see a modern Canadian subject in plastic. Nothing can come close to Real Model and their LAVIII IMHO but not everyone wants to build multi media or conversions. Hey, a mainstream kit of something Canadian?? Wow, it's a dream come true and good on ya Trumpeter!! Just please, please, please, PLEASE, PLEASE don't call it a Kodiak. No one, repeat NO ONE calls it a Kodiak! Ever!
cheers

This looks sweet. I can't want to get my hands on one however with most trump kits I'm sure it will be in need of some corrections.

The TUA is supposed to be out in March? What about the LAVIII?
I have the latest Pre-release notices from Stevens up to an including April and neither the LAVIII or the LAVIII TUA is on there. I know that releases from Stevens is about a month behind when you guys release it in China, but still there has been no indication from Stevens when either will be out.
Would be nice for us retailers to know these things, so as to be able to offer pre-orders to our customers!

Hopefully they'll eventually get around to the Piranha H! This does look sweet. Why did the US decide a Stryker with turret was not required and also why no AA Stryker?

A turreted version was not a requirement of the Stryker vehicle series for the U.S.....but Canada got the LAV III and New Zealand the NZLAV. The U.S. Stryker vehicle series working together provide all the proper elements of fire support for the Infantry....RWS heavy weapons, ATGM, and 105 mm.
There was a proposed "AA" LAV III version for Canada......the MMEV....never made it past mock up stage.
