The mother and the little girl came a little bit
too close to the tank but since they are glued
in place there's not much I can do about it now
without breaking stuff...
Hope you like it!!!

Hi there!
That's an awesome job!
The weathering on the tank is just perfect! So realistic! And the civilian figures are nicely done too!
Thanks for sharing!

Wow, this is fantastic! I particularly like the color of your base. It blends in well with the ground color and keeps the focus on the scene. Thanks for sharing!

Thak You So Much!!!
A comment like that coming from you means a lot
I worked really hard to get those toned down colors right. I wanted some
colors to brighten up the dio but not to that extent that the figures took
over the dio... As it is now it's "even" and nothing really sticks out...
Really glad you noticed it

Thanks!!!
My main goal was to make a dio with a lot of things going on and
with a wide spectrum of toned down colors to make it a bit more
interesting to look at and without those strong and bright colors
it's also quite relaxing to look at.

Hi Johan!!!
Thanks for the nice comments
I have been to the Danish IPMS contest once a couple of years ago but then
there was no dedicated 1/72 scale class so the competition was pretty tough
going up against the 1/35 scale guys... I believe I was the only one entering
1/72 scale armor back then but perhaps things have changed for this year...
Glad you like it

Yepp, Preiser it is... Pretty good sculpting but the faces on a few of the figures
were distorted from bad casting or damaged mould so I had to do what I could
to make them presentable...

Thank You Soeren!
I usually do all my stuff on a base of this size and it can get pretty
tight sometimes with people, vehicles and trees and houses but
that's the fun part, to make room for it all
Glad you like it!!!

I must apologize.. I did not comment on the work in my previous post.
This is absolutely beautiful work. I actually thought it was 1/35 scale until Pat mentioned that it was in 1/72 scale.
Cheers

Apology accepted Hisham
No problem!
The best comments we who builds 1/72 scale models can get is when
people think our stuff is 1/35 scale, that really makes all the hard work
pay off.
Thank You Very Much Hisham!!!
and cheers to you too
Best regards

Thanks!!!
Colors is something I think is very important to incorporate into any diorama
even if it's a muddy autumn scene och cold winter scene... There should
always be something that brightens it up...
Glad you like it
