Yeah i was thinking of it. and the floors are most likely going to get å little repaint. maybe something with a little more gloss in it. so it does not look to old. I was first thinking that the wood had been exposed a long time to the natures weather and lost its shine. But as you say, it needs to be a little different from the rest.

very good job Jarle.
You succeed in keeping a very good amount of details in such a big dio.
Between the two building you could make a public garden, with a lot of debris in it.

ps:! the burnt roof is really great. But why the roof didn't totally burn ? The rain fell ?

Since it is only the half of the building, and yes i had the rain in mind. Did not want to burn to much of the building. Still want some more details, have just started on the bath room on the building. With tiles on the floor, and maybe on the walls as well? Thought also about putting in water leakage somewhere there caused from the explosion.
And i repainted the floor in a little more brownish color now.
