Excellent work, Andrew. Very nicely painted. You've really brought that truck to life. I like it a lot.

Andrew your chevy looks really good (what kit is it?) how did you produce the dust/dirt on the tires and the figure is great, can not wait to see photos of the dio when finished.

Thanks for the feed back and kind words about the build chaps, thank you,

Robert,The model is the old tamiya one not the new released one ( I could not find a shop that had it) A member of trackpads found this one in the U.S at a show picked it up and posted it over for me.
The tires were a bit of look raily,a member found a how to on the web that explained how to do it with a mix of pigments and tamiya thinners than when it was dry i removed the excess from the tires walls and tread leaving what you can see,it was my first attempt doing them like this and was very happy with the results.Just hope i can get the sas jeep to look as good

Good work! Love all the gear in the back of the Chevy - wish I had the patience to paint all that kind of stuff.

Nice job so far, construction is good - love these subjects.

Couple of small things I would do. I would add a rope or strap around the barrel in the back of the chevy. Hit one bump and that barrel is gone off the back.
The yellow dusting on the jeep is too yellow. It needs to be toned down and more tan than yellow. Also extend the color to the whole vehicle and the feet and legs of the figures to unify the entire diorama.

Thanks for the kind words guys nice to know i am going in the right direction with the dio,

Scott i know what you mean about the yellow mate it does not look as bright in day light,i am hoping that when every thing is in place on the dio and i add the dust and pigments to every thing it will not look as bright and every thing will blend in with the base ground work,so keep your fingers crossed please.
