Since it runs until August 15th 2010 you have plenty of time to enlist.
Just click on the link, reads the requirements, and click the enlist button.

I would suggest getting hold of the campaign leader to check on the posted scales as it states "200mm To 1:6"
I believe he meant 20mm to 1/6th but always best to check the small details up front as it could just be a typo. Reading further, it talks about 1/35th so I imagine it's a typo.
