Hi guys !
My latest fun vignette: a photo-journalist, having a break while out on field assignment, suddenly finds he has to content with the local fauna developing an interest in his liquid refreshments ! The animals (monkeys and lizard) are from "Mantis Miniatures", camera from "Custom Dioramics", beer bottles from "Plus Models", figure head and hands from "Hornet" extensively modified. The rest are scratch-built from Magic Sculpt and Duro (including the scorpion), scanned from the Internet and reduced to scale, or made from plastic rod and spares. The beautiful wooden base is from "The Hussar". Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoy it. Cheers !
Kenneth .

Hi, great dio. Reminds me of some of my vacations. In Costa Rica, the Howler monkey has the highest rate of falling out of trees due to becoming intoxicated from a berry it eats there. I think these monkeys look like lightweights too, so your sign is correct

I love it,
I enjoy seeing humor in the hobby.

Now I'll have to search for "Mantis Miniatures" and check out what other tidbits they carry.

3 dioramas so far -3 great dioramas so far, that's perfect once more. And what i really like about your work is also the fact that you just don't stop yourself at what the others do, you've got your own diorama language and you are dead original and i love that!
Great miniatures and great stories from you my friend, I am amazed !

JBA, my friend,
Thank you so very much for the heartfelt compliments; coming from someone as original and innovative as yourself is a real honour indeed !!! You have made my day, my friend . Cheers !
Kenneth .

P.S. For my next project, I'm thinking of sculpting an artist sketching some birds on a deserted railway platform. Do wish me luck .
