hello chaps
Picked up the italeri M925 shelter truck this week, does anyone know if it can be backdated/used as a nam guntruck, maybe one of the trucks with an M113 on the back?
thanks in advance.

Hi Dus,
please visit http://www.realmodel.cz
Here you can find conversion kits for several M54 gun trucks, as
"Ace of Spades", "Black Widow", Satans Li'l Angel" and "Eve of Destruction"
Each conversion kit is based on Italeris US 5ton truck.
And there is also a M54 Cab conversion set (RM35028) without the armored bed - use Italeris bed with an M113 hull -

The M923 series of trucks were introduced well after VN. The guntrucks used in VN were the M35 series 21/2 ton, The M54 or M800 series 5 ton trucks.

The M35 is availabele from AFV, all others require a conversion or are in resin only

Rounds Complete!!

Or you could follow Dave "Animal" Willet's conversion article to bash together an M35 and the italeri M925 to get a M54.
