As already mentioned, Lucky Models carries D-Toys. They might not have the M151A1 gun jeep conversion yet as I think it's pretty new.
Mabye try messaging them to see if they have any release info on it. Their customer service is really good. They always get back to you. Unlike some (AFV Club!!!).
Joe.

Well, not so much. I e-mailed them over a week ago and no reply. Anyone else try?

Warren,
You need to log into Lucky Models website & use the contact details there. It's not an email per se, but some kind of messaging service they have. Then they get back to you through this procedure. Sorry, I should have explained that to start with. Any more problems then let me know.
Good luck.
Joe.

In a reply from Lucky Models:
The Dtoys DT35-022 (M151 Gun Jeep Conversion) is not currently carried. They re-stock DToys every 3 months, so I've been told to check their website, it'll be listed when it's in stock. No mention of where in the current 3 month cycle we are.
For my own self, I think I'll start scratch building one, that ought to insure that the kits come available soon.

Warren as I said above, is a scratch very easy to do by oneself, is simpler than the mechanism of a pacifier.
I think I've seen the drawings of armor added in Internet, but I forgot where I saw them.
Courage, luck and greetings.

JC.

I used the drawings provided by Jerry Barnes on the Warwheels.net website Armored Mutt page at http://www.warwheels.net/M151A1C_ARMOREDmuttINDEX.html

The drawings are pretty good, takes a little tweaking with the copier to get the proper scale. Some items seem just a tad off dimensionally from my photo references, but all in all, a good starting point.

Sorry, I didn't mention that part. I scaled them with a copier too, but even then, it's a best-guess, because the dimensions called out don't necessarily match the sketch line lengths. Glad you could use it though.
