Isn't that the same company that did the AM sets for the S. Korean K5 SPH? Good looking stuff.....

I have their MRE set and a set of modern accessories (igloo cooler, cones, mermite containers, etc.) and both sets look very good. They are crisply molded and the MRE set has separate MRE bags, open MRE boxes, paper boxes, and decals for the individual bags.

Too bad ;-)

I was hoping for a conversion set to make it into an USMC recon gun jeep from the '80's/ '90's.

Good looking quality though.

I have their 1/4 ton 4x4 truck- (Retona) I believe this is the latest Chinese Jeep Version, (haven't done any research on it yet--- I just though it looked cute!) it is nicely cast, the instructions are a series of tiny photos, and a photo of the parts laid out so you can find them as needed. Clear enough for someone with some resin kit experience to build with out any problems that I can see by a quick look over.

I checked and there wasn't any listing on their site. I guess I'll have to try later from home and use Firefox. This old version of IE is starting to fail.

Am I the only idiot that went ahead and scratchbuilt one, not knowing to wait and pay for the conversion?

That's Murphy's Law for you.

Heck, no. I was and am planning to do the same as I can't find the Dtoys conversion and I don't like the heavy hinge look of the Resin conversion. Even the Dtoys conversion isn't totally correct for Wolfman, so I'm thinking I might as well do it from scratch.

As already mentioned, Lucky Models carries D-Toys. They might not have the M151A1 gun jeep conversion yet as I think it's pretty new.
Mabye try messaging them to see if they have any release info on it. Their customer service is really good. They always get back to you. Unlike some (AFV Club!!!).

I'm sure that was just a typo, and yeah, the set is great. I was doing a scratched interior when I got called away to do a job, and need to get back into the swing of things. The breech can been seen on my photobucket site.

Warren- shucks, thanks.
Juan- you're the man. Mine is not going well after paint and decals. I'm stuck while I consider how far back to start over.
Thanks,
Sean
