Here's a pic of an M113 diorama I built a few years ago. It's Tamiya's M113 with Verlinden figures.

Hi Randy , I love it seems to have the Vietnam feeling about it . What did you use for the cyclone fencing , anti - rpg screen ?
I've got some of those Verlinden figures in my stash .

Hi Randy. What can be seen looks good ... would be nice with more images and some close-ups!

Hey, Guys
The rpg fence comes with the kit and it's a flexible-plastic mesh. However, the poles to attach it had to be scratch built out of wire from the local hobby store.
I wish I had more pics, but my photographer buddy misplaced the negatives. All I have is the one seen here because it's the only one he printed. And, I haven't seen him in years.
Actually, that pic is the only thing that remains intact from the entire project. That dio, and two others, fell victim to an untimely death. They fell from a height of about 5 feet when the closet shelf they were sitting on came crashing to the floor in the middle of the night. My ex-wife's ever-growing wardrobe became too much for the closet rod, which was attached to the shelf, to support. Unfortunately, all the kings horses and all the kings men couldn't put them back together, again. They were being stored on the shelf because she didn't find them suitable for display anywhere in the house. Now, you can see why she's an ex-wife.
Nonetheless, the M113 is being resurrected! It's going to be part of a new dio in the making, which will show the effects of running over a mine.

Hey randy

Beautiful work. Too bad about the unfortunate accident. Bit of a hard reality to swallow. I stored all my models in shoe boxes on the top shelf of my study cupboard. My mom's husband built a model cabinet for me (took about a year) so that I can display mine. There was also a problem with my missus that all the shoeboxes were taking up too much space.

I especially love the ARVN Ranger advisor. Best work I have seen in a long time.

I intend to build another M113 ACAV soon. I already purchased Academy's ACAV.

If its ok with you, I will send some questions your way when I get down to it. I really admire your work on that M113 and figures.
