Excellent paintjob, really great. You bring so much life to the model - I'd love to know more about the technique involved.
Complimenti, 'cugino'! (As you might know, Italians refer to the French as their 'cousins'. I'm not Italian but I'm trying...)

Wow, great work and a fascinating topic.
I'd like to do something similar, but perhaps in a different vein: I'd mentioned this here before how Armies & Weapons / Ground Defense International magazine in the early 1980s reported that at least five OTO Melara-built Leopard 1A2 tanks were transferred to the Libyans, who in turn transferred them to the Soviets.
It was reported that some of these Leopards were crewed by the Soviets and deployed in the Ogaden fighting. It was also reported that one Leopard was knocked out and subsequently put on display in Mogadishu. Naturally, there were no photographs...
Always thought such a desert Leopard might make a cool model with Soviet crew figures... Would have folks scratching their heads at a model show...

Hello Folks!
A big thank you for your feedback, really appreciated!
Mike : thanks a lot, I've seen your Stalingrad vignette, I think this is excellent job.
You know, my main problem is that I don't manage to finish things. So If you've followed my projects, you could have seen that they never know an happy end.
Hope this one will be the except to this rule. Thanks again for your interest.
Yo Nico! Glad to see you like it, master uhh? truly not! But I'm flattered. How about one update or two concerning project of yours? Talk to you soon.
Hi Rob! Hahaha funny comment I like it! Well, I wasn't aware of this Nickname Italians give to us, although I'm sharing my life with a Roman.
Concerning the painting technique : I'm weathering with oil colors, on an acrylic base. I work mainly with filters, and the dot way, but by small areas. Don't be afraid to use vivid colors, such as purple or sky blue, that's what gave the model it's look, in the same way sun rays draws spots through foliage. Multiple colors to get a whole, like impressionism. I'm not sure I'm clear.
Chipping is done with acrylics. If you've got questions please ask, I would be happy to help you!
Buona Giornata il mio amico. Am I right?
Hello George! Now that's a story, Leo in Erythrea, sounds like a great subject! If you found something, please show me! Thanks for the comment, and for this interesting informations!
Haha Hello Seb, well, thanks a lot! I'm not aware of JBA's next work, but the day we will see a Tank from him is not tomorrow I think!
Well, Today's update :
Have a great day,
Alexandre.

Hi Alexandre,
I know about your problem of not getting projects to an end very well for myself.
I suppose this is a widespread modeller´s disease ;-)
Nothing to worry about though. Unfinished doesn´t mean bad at all.
In any case, I wish you good luck that you may go to the very end this time.
Mike

Also, what tracks did you use. I believe I will be using materclub because I can't seem to find modelkasten. Also, what did you use for the base coat?
