Terrific stuff Jim. I might be wrong but going by what you say and the photos it looks at though there will be two sets released each with civilians and cows which means I'll end up with four cows.
Personally I wouldn't mind have all the civilians in one set with only two cows.

Sorry but is this planned as one set or two, I can't tell. I'm sure I'll end up getting a box or two anyway though I'd rather have more people and less animals.

I think it might be two sets. However it's still at an early stage means that it could change dramatically - more figs, less cows?
Don't worry too much about numbers as it's a WiP, it'll inevitably change...

Hi
Put me amongst the "more people less cows" group. They look excellent and should sell well. A "refugee type" set would also sell very well in my opinion, could be combined with their nice horse drawn cart and those various figures, or used in other diorama scenes and be a lot nicer than trying to hunt down the expensive and not brilliant Preiser set.
I can see me buying these but never using the cows.

I allmost know for sure that these are 2 separate sets.
The set with woman and 2 childeren is situated in eastern europe/balkan region.
This because off the womens headscarf and the childeren having no shoes.
The style off clothing is typical for eastern Europe.
The other set with farmer and little girl is on the otherhand is typical western European, looking at there clothes.
The farmer does not have the peassant look like the other set and the girls dress is more fancy like than a eastern European farmer girl would wear.
Well done Masterbox !
Really loving the idea off people from different countries and there typical clothing styles.
An underrated subject I think.
I think these sets are done and donīt need anything more.
Would like to see more civilians though.
Gr. Frank

Ah, more cows great
Wot no goats or sheep , all we every get are more cows
This is an excellent looking set or set of very useable figures and animals. With camels and donkeys for their desert sets things are looking good for our 4 legged friends.

All they do are cows---- what about us poor sheep farmers, and goat herders, and chicken farmers?
Actually I think they are great looking sets, and a nice change of pace.

Alan, that was my thought exactly. Masterbox is rapidly becoming my favorite model producing company. I don't know who their Concepts Mgr. is, but they're doing a super job!

Masterbox is really amazing. They keep working on ways to get my money with their innovation and workmanship. I would bet goats or donkeys or other farmyard animals will be along soon. Soldiers gathering eggs and a family caring for their chickens. I think they would make a Filipino selling bananas or Italian street kids if there was a little interest expressed.

Thanks, Pat. I had forgotten about that set. No wonder the idea seemed familiar. So maybe some Pacific Islander natives or North African merchants aren't so far off.
