I'm now working on the dragon su-100,and I'm not sure about where part F9 goes. I believe it goes on the inside of the chasis in the slot behing the last shock set, but I'm not sure and don't want to screw up the parts. Thanks!

You should follow the great buildblog which Jacques has here on Armorama. On first page of it, you can see part F9 on outerside of lower hull. Don´t mind, if you don´t get it 100 % same spot as Jacques. That part is actually almost completely invisible after you add roadwheels and tracks into your kit. I have built DML SU-85m and it has the same part because they share same lower hull part. Just checked my kit and you need very close look and flashlight to spot that part after weathering (mud, etc....)
