Hi,
for all rail transport fans and not I post my first image of my last scratch project 1/35 German draisine Zeppelin built only in few exemplars using captured materials.
I used for reference Paul Malmassari's book for the drawings unfortunately there is not much documentation of this subject.
maybe is not the right place for this topic anyway I choose this one
Stay tuned more pic will follows.
Thx for looking
Dario

Hi Dario. Of course we do ... its always great to see some scratchbuilt armor and especially the more obscure stuff. Never seen or heard of this rather ugly vehicle, but am interested in seeing more. Looks good so far.

Very interesting piece. I anguished over building an omar type railway flatbed, but finally gave up after much greif.

Good work Dario.
Your draisine is very nice. Railways are my second hobby. What plastic have you used in your model? I will follow your work with great interest.
Cheers. Pedro.

Dario,
Your build seems to me like an interesting, and so far, very succesful attempt at scratchbuilding.
You have done a cool job with this very unknown vehicle.
Keep us updated with your progress.
Thanks for sharing!
A presto,
Pablo

Thanks at all for you comments.
Pedro, the colored styrene is recycled from some sheet found at work are two types, one dark brown of 1,3 mm tick on the hull and the black one of 1 mm tick on the bottom edge.
Both stick easily with the thinner and are softer than the evergreen giving easier the cut and filing.
Cheers
Dario
