Looks good.

Nice paint and subject.

Only thing I really have a nit pick on and not bad is the way it kind of comes off the base at the corner.

Other then that great job.

looks really nice, the base is good too.the way the tank over hangs the base is designed to focus the view on the commander and skelleton.

I think this is an excellent model considering it is painted by hand, and a nice simple diorama that has been well detailed. Good work Broere.

Broere,
very nice job, not over done with the weathering, my only grip is why would the base be so small? I would prefer a little bigger, just mt .02 cents.

Really nice job...the painting on the figures is especially impressive.
I do think however, that if a body had been left exposed to the elements long enough to become a skeleton then the colours of the clothing would be far mored faded and less obvious, especially the camo on the jacket.

But a beautiful build nonetheless

Cheers

Very nice job on the tank. Don't care for the dead guy as much but I think it is kinda funny. If it were me I would have propped his arm up at the elbow. Not very realistic but more effective. Thanks for showing something different and funny... .........Al

Nicely done. The weathering and finish of the tank is spot on. I would just re-iterate what Gene Kruger said in that if the body had been eroded to a skeleton then the clothes would be in worse condition than they are. But the camo does add a bit of color and interest.

Anyway, weclome.

I note all your comments. However I would like to respond to Jeff saying it is important to have a volume and a perspective on a dioarama that puts the real value.
I do not like the big diorama that will crush all the details and I prefer to concentrate on a small area with "THE" little detail. That s what i think.

(And i think i must use more google translator next time :-)

Great painting and composition. It makes alot of sense that the driver wouldn't want to trample the corpse of a fellow German soldier. I doubt they'd be so considerate of Soviet dead.

hi Broere, very nice diorama and great work using a spray bomb (here in Canada spray cans are known also as spray bombs so i can see how you got "air bomb").

so many nice details including the rolled up flag, great work. nice base, creates tension being the size it is.

i may put up another view for having the carcass being portrayed as Broere has and not have a faded uniform... critters. any carcass can be striped to the bone in a few nights by local animals such as birds, rodents, foxes, etc... so it is possible the poor casualty is only a week old.

cheers, mh

I wish I could paint like you - great work. It did take me a while to see the middlefinger and I like the suggestion of having the hand up in the air more.

Very nice scene Broere. Everything is well done ... to quite a high standard actually. The figure painting is particularily good.
Id agree with some of the other commenters ... the composition is slightly off ... the panther hanging over the edge the way it does (see first images), gives a quite unbalanced effect. Especially from the front side where the skeleton is placed there appears to be loads of room. A bit of humor is always good though.

Very Nice! I too would rather see it on a bigger base but .........

Another point would be that everything seems so dry..... In cold weather (winter ?) there would be little to no grass and mud, snow, ice, etc....

Zimm? Why?

Very nice, I like it, especially the defiant skeleton. For a macabre touch you could throw in a few rats. You needn't worry about your English, it's a lot better than my French/Flemish/Walloon. Great job.

Great work, really nice attention to the details. My ignorant question: did a raised middle finger have the same meaning in 1940's Germany that it does in modern America?

For instance, in America raising a thumb to an oncoming motorist is a plea form them to stop and give you a ride. In the UK the driver might be so offended by the same gesture he might aim his vehicle at you.
