I recently purchased this kit from my local hobby shop and was wondering if there are any PE or Resin updates available for it any help or info would be greatly appreciated

Eduard 35814 is the Phot etch for it. As far as resin conversions I do not know, You can always use the Resin tires from pretty much any of the WC class of trucks I believe...
