Just sharing my old build. This is a what if Humvee in service. Kit is from the old Tamiya/Italeri M242 Bushmaster. Just added an enlarge wheels, raised up the chassis and added a scratchbuilt rear bumper based on the current M1114. Interior is a total guesswork, scheme is the 70's-early 80's MERDEC. Nothing serious here just having fun.

Why have an old Toyota minitruck with an mg on in the back when you could have one of these? It'll take out the Toyota and all nearby ground forces
Nice one Val, looks balanced too.

Great build Val. You did a great job with the interior! I may use your interior as inspiration for my own project that I'm currently working on.

Thanks gents!

The rear bumper and spare wheel carrier are all scratchbuilt base on the M1114.
Here are a couple of WIP pics on the rear bumper and spare tire holder.

Hey Charles, haven't heard from you in IPMS BAC for such a long time. How are you?

where did the wheels and tires come from ?

The wheels are from the new Tamiya Humvee which has a better overall detail than the wheels that came with this old kit. The tires are from the XL tire set from Trumpeter intended for the USMC LAV.
