That's looking sharp, I've got this one in the stash waiting on me to finish up some other ongoing projects.
How did it all go together? Any major issues with fit or the instructions?
Looking forward to seeing it with some paint.

Hi Jon no problems just take your time and stick to the instructions like I didn't. The only problem was the PE exhaust which was my own stupid fault but it goes together rather well. Thanks for stopping by.

Looks good Jaymes. Nice job so far...
I also agree with Jaymes that the build is pretty easy and the problems mentioned by others aren't bothering me all that much. In fact, I thought the kit provided recoilless rifles were pretty decent... vs. getting the AM ones.
Also, if anyone is interested, here is a link to my build blog/review at the AMPS website...

Patrick the Am barrels have a hold over the kit ones as the lip or rifling on the kit ones shouldn't be there (according to Steve Zaloga) ! Thankyou for your link nice work so far hopefully we will see some paint on yours soon?

My positive comments were ONLY related to the fit/molding of the model parts and
the barrels could very well be incorrect in some way. However, I've not checked them out myself yet and submitted my "accuracy" report yet as I wanted to have the beastie built up before doing so; a preference of mine especially when I don't know a lot about a specific vehicle.
FYI, I'lll be using David Doyle's "in action" book as well as some pics I snapped of the Ontos at Ft. Knox just last month.
Regarding seeing the M50A1 in paint... hopefully very soon.

Looking good......looks like you have beaten the problem of keeping all 6 barrels straight.
Did you add a 50 cal rifle barrel on the bottom unit??? Remember the bottoms do not have a spotting rifle!!

Thanks Mike the barrels took some work to get them all straight I can assure you. I completely forgot about the lower rifles not having the 50 cal rifles

I'll remove them as I've only attatched the front bit. Thanks a lot for point that blunder out
