I am searching a sheep in 1:35 scale, but without any results. Does anyone know if there is on market any producer that makes it?

Hi,
If the scale is 1:35 you have it at MK35 - http://www.mk35.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&page=shop.browse&category_id=14&Itemid=1&lang=en

The toy stores usually have alot of different animals in 1:32 for the farm toys, the difference in scale is no big problem, sheeps come in many sizes!
