I ran across this old photo in my Photobucket account so I thought I might update the thread-
As I said previously , paint chips for unfaded interior parts matched Forest Green quite well. Paint chips form several faded vehicles like the BRDM-2 above matched Polly S Faded Olive. Again, for eighties era Soviet vehicles which have faded for twenty years:

Sorry to bump this oldish thread, but what about Xtracolor X811? I haven't found much info about how good/accurate it is, and was wondering what the general consensus on it is. Otherwise, I'll probably go with Humbrol/Tamiya.
