You are absolutely right, the chimney doesn't have many places. The ultimate use of this is a cafe type of main floor. My plan is to have a table and chairs outside and a sign. So, that supports the entry door opening to one large room. This does take away the fireplace in the front. The corner block is a triangle and the 'next' building won't be built. The back side is 'cut' and will be blocked off for display purposes. My first thought will be to put a chimney on the back left side (opposite the door) and about 1/2 way up the roof line. My thought is that the fireplace is on a back wall away from or perpendicular to the left wall. I'll draw it up in photoshop later today.

One small suggestion; the forward beam on the bay window should be parallel to the house as is seen in this picture:

Here is where I'm thinking of putting the chimney.
:( I do stink and freehand photoshop... the idea is just a basic square chimney with a small ridge for detail. I may put some type of cap on it?
