Charles,
Thank you. Do you have any scale diagrams of either of those two?
Tom

Unfortunate Tom, I don't. I always never never had a drawing or lanns to work from simply because I never knew where to get them. I simply used, what I called 'Deductive Measurements'. I used lots of pics and compared them to the actual model. From there I determine the distance from various points on in the pic of the real thing then compared it to the model and from there I try to come as close to the actual point and variations of these attributes. Sounds complicate? Not really.

Hi, Charles
What a great way to empty your spare box!
Love the way you managed to make it look "disorganised".
Great junk yard!

Great work, if we can replace the child soldiers, it will be more interesting. A "playground."
Cheers

This was my first attempt at building and painting figures. So I apologies for the way they look. I assume you mean they look childish? Also, these were the only ones I had on hand. put italicized text here

Hello Charles
my english is limited, not express clearly,so sorry for that and i thought:if you add a few kids model in your scenes, the effect will be better.
I am sorry

OK, I understand you better. I don't know how appropiate it would fit into the scene though...

When vehicles are salvaged at the unit level, every item that is not bolted down or welded on (and many of those as well) aew stripped from the vehicle before it is moved to a salvage site/support maintenance. That means you would not find good tires, fuel or water cans, etc still mounted on or attached to the vehicles. Anything of recycle value would have been stripped by the losing unit, to provide a source of spares.

Thanks Joseph. I'm still making some changes to this dio. I'm removing pieces and adding different ones. Adding another vehicle in the pic too.

I have only one problem with this dio Charles, I don't know where to look next !! There's just soooooo much going on, so many cool little bits and pieces all over the place.

Excellent job. Cheers, D

Thanks guys. Glad you all like the dio. Damian, I've already changed the arrangement of the dio again. Yeah, I know. I want it to look just right. I'm too picky when it comes to design and placements.

Thanks Tony. But now i have completely changed the size of the dio...'BONE YARD' is the name of this one. ... Second and final version of the 'Fallen Armor' dio I've been working on. I decided to scrap the older version due to it's size. I decided I wanted something more compact. So here it is.

Nothing new except the container has been repainted and chipped. Altered some parts on the vehicles and added some stuff but otherwise, the theme is the same. The name has also been changed to what it was meant to be called in the first place. Will be adding at least one figure together with the dog in the pic. Some items have already been added or removed after these pics were taken but the dio is the same.
