Real nice start, are you still intending to reproduce the slat attachements in resin?
cheers
One of the serious problems in planning against Canadian doctrine is that the Canadians do not read their manuals, nor do they feel any obligations to follow their doctrine.

Hi Miloslav,
better check the accuracy/reference on the side-skirts before you go into production.
Cheers

Why do you say that? Because of the two foot rails that are missing?
cheers

Rick,
These are, of course, as separate parts.

I'm not seeing it, they all have four bolts and your pic of the German Leo has the last section folded up.
cheers

Looks like the Tamiya side-skirts were taken as ref.
But the the last plate, the one before the folded one has only ONE not THREE Bolts on the bottom, if you want to represent a correct replica of the 3rd, gen. version.

Miloslav,
above you say:
1. Basic model - Tamiya Leopard 2A5 or 2A6
conversion kit RM 35149 CDN Leopard with Slat Armor
2. Basic model - Hobby Boss CDN Leo 2A6M
conversion kit RM 35154 Update set for CDN Leopard 2A6M
but on your site you show Tamiya and the completely obsolete Trumpeter kit as second one.
So which basic kit is the second one?
Looks all promising so far.
Why: "...slat mounts (only for hull) is resin" ? Why not for turret, too?

Harald
For the resin turret holders are not required.
Those who are in PE kit to meet but Hull are complex, difficult to build.
You also need strong links with Slat Armor.
I add photos of second model today.

Thought it was too obvious and someone would have got the hint without having to point out this minor oversight it in the usual " .... all wrong .... can't get it right .... etc." as in previous topics. Just had the "umbrella" thing still in the back of my head and intended to be a little more "diplomatic" about minor issues.
Sorry

Cut off two bolts on one side skirts is very easy but rebuild square umbrella of the octagon is a big problem.
