Hi guys!

Im back on BigA after a while, hope my old friends havent forgot me and new friends will be happy to meet me

Here is my latest (but not the best) work. its a Tamiya PzIV with ICM figures.

Not much to say about old tamiya kit, very nice and decent, no problems with building it. ICM figs are very nice and detailed, maybe a little skinny but very nice.

Im not too much proud on this work quallity but thats becouse for last 1,5 years i dont have my modelling corner so i work with what i got on kitchen table... bad light and limited tools have their influence newertheless, this just brought me 4th place on a competition 2 days ago

here are some pics:

Hope to get feedback from all you guys (and grls)

Cheers
Mirko

Mirko,
Nice job here I like the ICM figures, but my question is "Is that a Russian Tanker prisoner?" I don't think the floppy hats of the Panzer Divisions were still in use when the Russian Campaign started, but I could be wrong
But nice job again and congratulations

Hi Mirko......nice job on the diorama. I like the way that you painted your figures and the tank looks nice as well. To be critical but not mean, I would point out a few things that look odd that an outside observer like me might notice and perhaps you may consider changing. For one thing the rocks on the ground look exactly like what they are , small pebbles from the roof of the house. To make them look more realistic, embed them a bit into the ground and then paint them and not just do a wash over them. The other two things I noticed were the commander and the fellow hanging out of the hatch. Unfortunately some of the older figures, especially Tamiya , appear stiff and unnatural. Try to do something with the arms as they are very much like a mannequin. As for the rider hanging out of the hatch, I would have to say that not many people would ride along like that. A hard bump would throw this person out of the tank and not to mention what a sore butt he would have from sitting on the edge of the hatch rim. This is totally unrealistic. Your dio is nice though and thank you for sharing........Al
