Tamiya does a Challenger I and a Challenger I mk III, Trumpeter does the Challenger II, and AFV Club as well as Revell have Scorpions and Scimitars. Accurate Armour has a bunch of other APCs/AFVs including the Sampson, Spartan, and Samaritan.

Just a quick FYI, the Tamiya Challenger 1 is a nice kit, but it was not used in OIF. The Brits used uparmored Challenger 2's.

EPU,
Right on both counts, there are a few companies that make resin update sets for the add on armor. AEF Designs and Castoff are available now, Accurate Armor is releasing one this week. It has been rumored that Trumpeter is going to release the OIF up-armored version of the C2, and Greatmodels website is taking pre-orders for the Hobbycraft (reboxed Trumpeter kits) "Challenger 2 Basra", the kicker is they show a release date of 7/15/03 which was 2 months ago so who knows?

Unfortunately, nothing (apart from some of the AA kits) is representative of Brit. vehicles in Operation Telic. The possible exception being Trumpeter's AS90 which still needs some updating. The good news is that some companies are already producing conversion sets to bring the Brit. stuff up to 'Telic' standard. The bad news is it means a lot of work and a large investment in resin and brass....The scimitars and scorpions of telic bear little relation to the vehicles used in Desert Storm.... However if you have a large budget for your modelling (like the gdp of a small country) it should be easy to resolve....Jim

Here's a picture of the Castoff conversion to bring the Scimitar up to OIF standards:
The new exhaust port on the right of the vehicle is common to all CVR(t)s that have undergone LEP upgrade.

Academy also makes the warrior IFV. I'm not sure if it is up to date with modern standards. Accurate Armour does make conversion sets for.
