Ola again,
Here are some pics of Italeri's kit Harley Davidson. I want to place it in a little vignette together with the fence and a german soldier who's pointing in a direction.
What color should I use for a german soldier wearing a long coat. Should the coat be grey or green and what about the trousers?
Thanks for the help.

Dirk
that is a nice bike dude. I like to see that one in Geel
For the soldiers coat I would suggest the tamyia color: Field Grey this is the standard color for the wehrmacht in WW2 I don`t know the corresponding # but look for Field Grey.

I also would suggest Field Grey
Dirk, a verry nice bike indeed, but I see on the riflecase a sinkhole, you should fill that one

Ditto on the sink hole, it really detracts from the rest of the bike. I'd tone down the fence with a wash of dark gray or black. What also works well for that is the sludge at the bottom of a jar of thinner that's been used to clean brushes. As it is, it looks like a brand new fence.

I don't understand why you would want to put a German soldier with a great American motorcycle. Why not save him for a BMW or Zundapp?

Ola Bob,
The title of the vignet will be : Schnell, der Motor ist noch warm. (Hurry up, the engine is still hot).
Meaning that the US soldier had to hide for the germans.
Anayways, that's the idea.
