Now, how do you suppose I missed THAT one?

It's a reall irony isn't it? We get a list of some incredibly useful releases of variants of a subject which is hugely popular, we get ONE response.

On the other hand, publish a list like Tamiya's 'we can't really be bothered' to do anything really new and the response is overwhelming.
Why don't we just concentrate on covering releases of 25-year re-pops?

I am really looking forward to the release of 35120 - SOVIET ANTITANK ARTILLERY HORSES DRAWN 45-mm AT GUN Mod.1937 as it looks very appealing and dynamic.

This widens the range of Valentien options in a Big, BIG way. Timely too as my copy of Part 2 British Infantry Tank Mk III Valentine by Dick Taylor arrived yersterday as well,
Lots of options for the Polish, Russian, NZ as well as British vehicles form this selection.
I wonder if MiniArt or Bronco will do the Bishop and Bridgelayer, maybe even a DD!!
Some of these soldiered on into the 50s so I would imagine export options exist too.

This is a very refreshing list to see.
I suppose I'd better bite the bullet and get Dick's books too.

I hope the Miniart Valentines are good ones, it will be interesting when they
show up for real and the reviews start popping up.

Very cool that this important tank will finally be well represented in the 1/35th scale world.

Just for the record, if things had been less hectic yesterday this would have been my favorite post. As things go, I didn't see this one until today but it did put one heck of a smile on my face

Wild enthusiam 'bout the guns here, as well!
... it's just that I promised my wife a buying stop until our summer vacation is over.
We are talking mid of July! Yikes!
This is a fun stopper, really!

Hopefully in the next day or so, i'll have a similar list for Figure & Dirama releases although, understandably, the manufacturers do tend to keep things close to their chest in such a competitive market
