Congratulations on assembling the Tauro Fiat 3000 kit--it's very primitive. And nice work on redoing the tracks!
The only glaringly obvious problem is that Tauro had to mold all of the panel parts very thickly, far too thick for scale. Where panel edges are visible, particularly the turret roof, it looks like the tank had about sixty millimeters of armor, impossible on a light tank in 1922. This has to be addressed during construction, filling and rescribing the joints, and doing so without destroying all the rivets, which are right next to the joints. That's a nightmare job in itself (and one reason why many people don't even approach this kit--I gave up on it, myself, so my hat is off to you for getting it done).
