Sorry to shake your world, Yoda. This is what I´m like when I´m hungry. Now it´s better. I just ate four Bratwursts with garlic sauerkraut!!!

welcome yodaman and all you other bucketheads. i am going to make a dio with kubelwagens and a mercedes-benz 3000 truck with a cook stove in back. maybe a panzer, but i do not know. people just sitting and laying around eating and gabbing. ss, army and paratroops chowing together.
GO BUCKETHEADS!
Howdy Pak,
I recently picked up the german Field Kitchen reissue kit from Tamiya at my local hobby store (read, second institution where I deposit my money ) Nice kit, you might be able to use some of the cookstove materials from it instead of scratchbuilding anything. Just a thought.
Anyone?

Hereby I apologise all the VW vehicles in the world, modern and antique.
You do not deserve the mindless insults I have thrown at You. If there is a word to describe Your qualities, the word would be "excellence". I hope we can live in peace for the rest of our days. And maybe, if I´m lucky, I may own a VW. If so happens, I swear I´ll wax You every day til the day I die.
Defence rests.

anyone have the ambulance kit for the dragon kubel?
Good question Pak. I recently saw a neat ambulance AM kit for the Kubel, unfortunately it was in 1/76th scale. Would like to know myself if it's available in 1/35th.

Only Kubel I have built was the Tamiya 1/16(posted in Gallery) and I have to give it away to the person I was building it for It was a good build though and I enjoyed it. I have built the Tamiya 1/35 Schwimmwagen and that was another great kit, it turned out very nice.

the type 82 kublewagon introduced in 1941 is 61 years old.and they are still being made today as a kit car.
thats right you can own a real kublewagon :-)
Hi Scott,
You have any idea how much it will cost to have a Kublewagon, right hand side drive? I plan on to get an SUV for me and my German Shepherd Dog, a Kublewagon will look really cool, especially while I drive it in the busy streets of HK!

Thanks for the info Spike, but what I was actually talking about was a Kubel with a large box enclosure on the rear of the vehicle. Somewhat similar to a M-925 'Shelter' truck, only smaller, with a big ambulance red cross on the side...

The CMK 3010 kit is that version, perhaps it also fits TAMIYA.

PAK40-
I have the Dragon ambulance conversion set for a "field ambulance". It is as you stated, with personnel. It looks pretty simple, have not built yet. The CMK version is similiar to the one they have for the "beetle", Type 82 and makes into a box on the back, used mostly postwar. The Dragon kit should be available.
