Howdy Pak,

I recently picked up the german Field Kitchen reissue kit from Tamiya at my local hobby store (read, second institution where I deposit my money ) Nice kit, you might be able to use some of the cookstove materials from it instead of scratchbuilding anything. Just a thought.
Anyone?

spike, just a silly gentleman who forgot to tip his hat when a lady went by...........or nice model of a training kubel for panzer people. it was kinda cute.

Only Kubel I have built was the Tamiya 1/16(posted in Gallery) and I have to give it away to the person I was building it for It was a good build though and I enjoyed it. I have built the Tamiya 1/35 Schwimmwagen and that was another great kit, it turned out very nice.

CMK have an ambulance conversion kit for TAMIYA Kubel.

dragon does have a field ambulance, can't remember the catalogue number. no kubel included. but, it have a doctor, a nurse, a medic and a patient. i also have a dragon kubel with a nice trailer(for those pillaging road trips) and one with a machinegun stand in back.

............we'll pillage the village and kill everyone, i'm in love with Attile the Hun. ain't that cute

Hi Scott,

You have any idea how much it will cost to have a Kublewagon, right hand side drive? I plan on to get an SUV for me and my German Shepherd Dog, a Kublewagon will look really cool, especially while I drive it in the busy streets of HK!

Thanks for the info Spike, but what I was actually talking about was a Kubel with a large box enclosure on the rear of the vehicle. Somewhat similar to a M-925 'Shelter' truck, only smaller, with a big ambulance red cross on the side...

The CMK 3010 kit is that version, perhaps it also fits TAMIYA.

The CMK version is similiar to the one they have for the "beetle", Type 82 and makes into a box on the back, used mostly postwar. The Dragon kit should be available.

the dragon ambulance has a stretcher on the right side of the vehicle and one seat in back.
medical supplies are carried under the stretcher.
