Folks,
What vehicle was used by the Germans to tow the sIG33 15cm Heavy infantry gun and does anyone make it in plastic?
Thanks,
Dwayne

Dwayne, it depends on which version of the gun.
As the other thread shows, initially there was a horse-drawn version and one with electric brakes and rubber-rimmed wheels for towing by a vehicle. There is some dispute about which one that was, and as the war went on, whatever light vehicle was handy did the trick, including probably trucks when nothing else was available.
The horse-drawn version with the metal-rimmed wheels probably got towed by the ADT Ausf. R as the exigencies of war required (ADT=Any Damned Thing, Ausf. R= version RIGHTnow). But if you took a curve at speed or stop short, the horse-drawn gun might tip over or snap its tow.
HTH.
