Looks to be a nice neat build. Only thing that stands out is monotone skin colour on the figure. Otherwise ..... a nice weathering would lift it up a step higher.
Have to agree with this being a great little kit. I enjoyed this one also.

Nice clean build - I must agree. It is a fun kit - its going in my Diorama that I'm working on.

The pictures are a bit blurry but you can tell it looks nicely done. One thing on the back right wheel there apears to be an extra blob of black at about 7:00?? Cant tell if its over paint or photo??
A bit of pastel weathering will make this little deal a nice addition to the collection.

Ola Dave

Is this the new Tamyia Jeep???
I have bought the new Tam jeep at the KMK scaleworld and trying to convert it to an airborne jeep for an Arnhem dio. Looks like a nice little built.
From what I can see in your pics you have done a quite decent job on this vehicle. The paintjob looks good and a nice clean built as far as I can say.
Indeed it looks like you overpainted with the black on the back right wheel in the third picture

Further no real comments

I agree it looks fine. I also wonder if this is the old Jeep kit or the new one. I'm starting the Tamiya SAS jeep, possibly for the Under the Sun campaign, and I think it must have been based on the old Jeep kit. I'm underwelmed by it's lack of detail.

Thanks guys, I know it looked a little "factory fresh" so I did a little drybrushing on the wheels, wheel wells (??) and fenders, also,I painted the figs eyes and put a wash of dark brown to make him a little less momotone. This jeep will probably be in a dio, with a cut wire hanging off two trees, and a tank commander pointing at the tree,I still don't know about the name though......

Awesome jeep, very nice clean build. It needs a little brown/red pastel dust in the wheels and some dry brushing. It looks like it has just received a car wash A little weathering would make a big difference...another thing for future vehicles, u might wanna paint the windshield wipers black...a little too risky now that you have your glass in, but it would really make a big difference methinks :-) Very nice paint job...just add a little weathering and it will go from being a cool model to an awesome model
