Rob, I truly hope you will reconsider. It will not be the same without your input here.

Rob
I hope you stay. Your input here is invaluable. I respect what you have to say very much! I also respect whatever you wish to do. You will be sorely missed.

I would have to agree with everyone's comments before me. You will be surely missed upon your departure.

All,
Rob is not leaving the site. Just making a change in where/how he spends his online time. He will still be helping out with the site and with some of the moderating duties. He just won't be actively participating in the forums as he has in the past.
Personally I think this is likely because he fears going over the 5000 post mark and getting the rank of "Site Commander". Then people will REALLY think he runs the site. LOL
As I said earlier I am disappointed that Rob won't be interacting as much as he has in the past with the membership. But I am hopeful he will recharge his batteries and rack up another 5000 posts at some point in the future.
I respect his decision.
Rob - if I have mispoke about anything above please feel free to correct me.
Thanks,
Jim

I dont see the problem!!
If somebody with Robs contributions, wants to help out with the site... it can only be a huge boost for the site as a whole. And if he wants to contibute less than he does today .... he could slow down to the pace of any of the rest of us and still be a top contributer!
Hopefully Jim is right and he is still going to play an active part. A show cant loose one of its star attractions.

I have to agree with Plasticbattle
If Rob were to go, completely, then it would be a great loss.
