The Steyer ---- like all your RR posts ------ is solidly built, with a good paint job. This is very very clean work. Another UOM piece here-----Congrats!

It's really good so far Steve. The only thing I can notice is that on the structure supporting the canvas there are some raised spots... I'm not a German WWII vehichles expert, so I'm asking to myself if it's correct...

Octopus,
I dont know very much about these vehicles so I cannot comment on accuracy other than say I think it looks good as it stands. I have to presume though that the painting/weathering on the superstructure is unfinised because of the windows. They appear to be totally and utterly grimed up - but the surrounding vehicle is spotless. Do you plan on dirtying up the vehicle as much as seems to be on the windows?

WOW! Exteme clean build! The camo stripes are acurately placed and the color blends very well. Looks like the windshield is very very dusty. Often times, soldiers wipe them before using. In your work, it looks like it has gone through a long way.

Generally looks pretty good. Two comments...One, it looks like you have an airbubble under the number "3" on the rear license plate, and possibly another on the crest on the front fender, or is that a rivet? Two, regardless of how you weather the thing, it looks to me like the windshields are way too dirty, especially given how high up this sits.

Guys,
Thanks for all your useful comments.
Actually, the Steyr is yet to finish and everything are temporary attached for taking pics. I will weather it at a later time. And the windshield is a bit over done, therefore I will try to make it a dirty vehicle after a long muddy trip.

Very nice so far Steve! I particularly like the rusting you did on the muffler. How did you do it? I also like the way you painted the jack. Did you paint it before or after you put it on the Steyr?
