You should be relax Jeremy ı will not make whole grain elevator ı am not crazy enough yet ,ı will just use the paint of this building on background and max 25 figure

And Hi Sal , it is easy to make this rust effect on the poles.Just 3 step
1-Paint it with Reddish brown
2-Add some alcohol to surface than take some orange color pigments with ur dry brush and sprinkle that to on surface
3-Mix little water with darker color pigment like Dark brown and apply it on surface with vertical brush taps thats it
