Over the years,
MiniArt Ltd have released a number of 1/35th scale buildings. Now, once again, the company have sent us News of their latest (In-Progress) kit.

Isn't that this same building (which I have in my stash).. with the added fence and table and bench and stuff from their accessory set? Or have they made any major changes to it?

They have done the same with a recent release of the Russian city building(35016) and sproused it up a little by bringing out the same building but as a dio scene (36026) with fence, road and street accesssories!
It looks as if they are just re-vamping some of their older kits.

Miniart may have addressed the fitting issues on the inside of the building .
There was problems with the inner and outer walls not matching up on the main building .
A lot of filler is needed on the earlier released building .
This look like its going to be a very nice building to get a hold of with the fence running around the outside .
I'm tempted just to get this one and compare the old with the new as it looks very crisp in detail .
